At Trip Machine Company, we stand by the craftsmanship of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the shipping address.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective inserts are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a trackable courier service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
